What's harder than selling....sometimes 'not selling', no matter how badly your borrower wants to apply for money.
After a little back and forth, this guy pulled not 1 but 2 EMD's on 2 different properties before his money went hard. He was pursuing 2 deals with very low occupancy, both in rural areas.
He is back to the drawing board and told me that he is taking my advice and needs my eyes on his deal and to take him through this process of buying his next property.
