My Introduction - Jon Froderberg

Hello everyone!

My name is Jon, and I currently work for a large mechanical contracting company in Phoenix as a database developer, project controls manager, and subject matter expert for project reporting, project financials, and earned value management. My educational background is in mechanical engineering, which has provided me with a strong analytical foundation that I apply in my current role.

Outside of my day job, I am diving into the world of lending, with a particular interest in real estate and business financing. I find this field fascinating and am eager to expand my knowledge and skills.

As for my goals, I am aiming to close my first commercial mortgage deal by 2025. This milestone is important to me as I transition into this new career path and build my expertise in lending.

However, my biggest challenge right now is my lack of experience. I only began exploring this shift in my career in April of last year, and I recognize that I have a lot to learn. I’m excited to connect with all of you, share insights, and gain valuable knowledge from this community.
