Hey everyone, my name is Josh, and I’m excited to be part of this community! I've been primarily working in the wholesaling space, running a nationwide operation where we connect investors with off-market deals. I also offer transactional lending services, specializing in Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) funding and double closings, helping investors close deals efficiently and with minimal upfront costs.

For 2025, my goal is to transition out of wholesaling and scale my lending and commercial brokering business. I’m looking to establish more partnerships and provide top-notch financing solutions for larger-scale commercial deals.

My biggest challenge right now is managing the increased volume of inbound leads while keeping the quality of service high and ensuring we provide top-tier funding support.
