My wife and I flipped land nationwide for 3 years before transitioning to transactional funding.
I'm a transactional funder because I'm all about achieving highest velocity of capital for real estate investor.
Ever since I discovered the truth about what is money; how it can be manufactured out of thin air (Banks and loans); the fact that the truth about monetary policy and how banking and privatized banking really works, I've been hooked on every topic related to capital formation and the use of it as an effective medium of exchange. Money is COMPLETELY different than the false narrative that we were told to believe and programmed to believe.
I call lending a method of getting on the right side of the banking equation, because I truly believe in the velocity of money. Lazy/still money, like water gets stales and dies along with the owner.
Anyway, my goal is to learn about other ways in which others are banking and achieving financial freedom outside of the rat race and definitely looking forward to escaping the financial matrix of which most 99% of people have yet to realize is designed in their favor.
I want to build equity and cashflow through passive income methods and that's when this community comes into play. I had a fantastic conversation with Malcolm that has me expanding my thinking and thinking about vertical integration between short term and long term lending. I'm now interested in learning more about Lending in the commercial real estate space.
Goal for 2025: Continue to develop knowledge and expertise in the lending space while implementing them. Knowledge is only powerful when it's applied.
Biggest Challenge: How to build effective relationships with large lenders and effectively market to generate the lead flow that I need, but ultimately have the best source of lead: referral through word of mouth because that's the most contagious.
I'm here to network and learn from others. I certainly hope that along the way I'm able to bring value to members of the community, because I believe in the law of reciprocity.
