If your day hasn't been as planned listen up, I've got you! We all have bad days and bad weeks.🍃 You know, the kind where stress is high, your workout doesn't go as planned, sleep hasn't been the best, you are super hungry and want to eat the entire fridge.🌭 It happens to the best of us.💪 But here’s the thing, it’s okay to have a bad day. I’ll be honest, I had a bad day today.🙀 Not slept well, threw some quick meals together, and didn't drink as much water as I should have. But instead of beating myself up about it, I decided to keep showing up. Even though it wasn't perfect, it was progress. And that’s what it’s all about, progress, not perfection.💗 It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that we need to be perfect all the time, but that’s just not realistic. Life happens, and we need to be kind to ourselves when it does. That's why I'm sharing this with you, I'm not your typical perfect influencer or fitness guru, I'm real, honest and show you how I have bad days too! So, if you had a bad week, don't worry about it. Dust yourself off, and keep showing up.💐 You got this! Remember, every day is a new opportunity to start fresh. So, if you're feeling down, take a deep breath, and remind yourself that you’re doing the best you can. You have two options... give up and get further away from your goal or keep showing up despite the bad day to get you one step closer to your goal...
