Caffeine Cutoff
Stop caffeine 8-10 hours before bedtime. Caffeine has a half-life of about 5-6 hours, meaning half of that 2pm coffee is still in your system at 8pm — even if you don't feel "wired," it can quietly reduce deep sleep quality.
Quick math: if you go to bed at 10pm, aim to cut off caffeine by 12-2pm.
If you love an afternoon ritual: swap to decaf, herbal tea, or sparkling water with a splash of juice — keeps the habit without the sleep disruption.
Your challenge this week: Track your last caffeine intake for 3 days and see how close it lands to your bedtime. Adjust the cutoff if needed.
