Welcome to Day 21 of Coach Keri's 21 Day Sugar Free Challenge!
🎉 DAY 21: WE DID IT! 🏆 Take a deep breath and give yourself a massive high five—you have officially completed Coach Keri’s 21-Day Sugar-Free Challenge! Over the past three weeks, you took control of your health, reshaped your habits, and proved to yourself just how strong and capable you truly are. Dropping added sugar isn’t easy, but you showed up every single day and did the work. 🌟 Reflect on Your Wins Think back to Day 1 compared to how you feel today: - Energy: Are you experiencing steady, all-day energy without the afternoon sugar crash? - Cravings: Have you noticed your taste buds resetting and natural foods tasting sweeter? - Mindset: How does it feel knowing you can set a challenging goal and stick with it for 21 full days? 🚀 What Comes Next? This 21-day challenge wasn't just a temporary quick fix—it was a foundation for sustainable, long-term vitality. Going forward: 1. Keep the 80/20 Mindset: You don't have to be perfect forever. Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods most of the time, and enjoy deliberate, mindful treats without guilt. 2. Protect Your New Baseline: Remember how good stable blood sugar feels. Keep reading ingredient labels and prioritizing protein, healthy fats, and fiber. 3. Celebrate Your Progress: Reward yourself with something non-food related today—a relaxing bath, a new outfit, or simply a quiet moment to appreciate your achievement! 💬 Drop a comment below and share your biggest win from the last 21 days! Let's celebrate each other in the comments! 👇✨

I definitely have more energy compared to day 1 of the challenge. I find also that I'm sleeping better and longer. As far as cravings are concerned, I didn't crave sugar like I did before starting the challenge and now when I think I want something sweet I take my time and make a choice to eat something that doesn't contain any artificial or processed sugar, like a piece of fruit. I am proud of myself for sticking with and completing this 21 day sugar free challenge. I know this has to be a lifestyle change when it comes to eating healthy and staying healthy. I think mindfulness is key to continuing my health journey.

I visited today with a cousin who is 86 years old. She was doing ok, but will be getting new glasses soon. She is cooking a slab of ribs tomorrow for Sunday dinner. I'm glad she'll be fixing something that she likes to eat since she doesn't have much of appetite some days. This has been the fastest 20 days ever!!😊 I'm grateful for the opportunity to take part in this sugar free challenge.

During this sugar free challenge I feel like I have more energy. I have become more mindful about the things that I choose to eat. I do find that my clothes do fit better, too. Update: Someone told me at church today that they see less of me...🤭😀
