ENERGY BODY
Meridians are channels that direct the flow of energy through specific pathways of the body. Think of it like a superhighway the energy in your body uses to move about your organ systems. Picture a body divided in half from top to bottom. Each side of the body is traversed by six meridians: three yin and three yang. Here are the 12 major meridians of the body and the function they perform. Each meridian is assigned to what could be called a circuit, called an element. There are five elements: Fire: Heart and small intestine meridian, circulation and three-fold warming meridian. Earth: Stomach and spleen meridian. Metal: Lung and colon meridian. Water: Kidney and bladder meridian. Wood: Liver and gallbladder meridian. Lung (Arm Tai Yin, Metal Element): Regulates respiration and the intake of energy. Large Intestine (Arm Yang Ming, Metal Element): Extracts and processes water from waste material before expelling it from the body. Stomach (Leg Yang Ming, Earth Element): Digests and extracts energy from food and then distributes that energy through to the spleen and intestines. Spleen (Leg Tai Yin, Earth Element): Distributes nutrients throughout the body, maintains muscle tone and regulates blood flow. Heart (Arm Shao Yin, Fire Element): Circulates blood to all the organs in the body. Small Intestine (Arm Tai Yang, Fire Element): Distributes nutrients throughout the body. Bladder (Leg Tai Yang, Water Element): Removes liquid waste from the body. Kidney (Leg Shao Yin, Water Element): Stores sexual energy, regulates the reproductive system, and produces blood and bone marrow. Pericardium (Arm Jue Yin, Fire Element): The pericardium is an important part of the body and is the area that surrounds the heart, protecting it and removing excess energy. This meridian channel disperses energy throughout the body, thus preventing the heart from receiving too much energy. Triple Warmer (Arm Shao Yang, Fire Element): Also called San Jiao controls the body and is not just responsible for a particular organ system. It helps to control metabolism and regulates heat, moisture, and body temperature.

CHAKARAS 101 - INTRODUCTION
Chakra Introduction Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means "wheel" or "vortex" because that is how it appears to those who can view them. Each Chakra is a mass of energy within the physical body. The Chakras are not physical; they are energy fields that are more condensed than the auric fields but not as solid as the physical body. Chakras interact with the physical body through the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each of the seven main Chakras are associated with one of the seven Endocrine Glands and also with a particular group of nerves called a Plexus. Thus, each of the seven main Chakras can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by their specific Endocrine Gland and Plexus. The Endocrine system is the body's main control mechanism. This system is comprised of a number of ductless glands that produce hormones, acting as chemical messengers that are secreted into the bloodstream from particular organs to stimulate or inhibit physical processes. When energy is congested in one of the Chakras, the functioning of the corresponding gland may be altered, therefore creating imbalance in the production of hormones. By clearing the congested energy from the Chakra, balance can be restored and the hormone’s production regulated. The Chakras correspond to main nerve Plexus located along the spine in the central nervous system. These key nodal points are clusters of huge numbers of neurotransmitter receptors. They are main centers of communication exchanged between the mind and body. Each main Chakra is connected to several organs and glands, through the nervous system. When energy is congested in the Chakra, this communication can be partially blocked and the functioning of the organs may be affected. When mental or physical stress continues over a period of time or reaches a particular degree of intensity, symptoms on the physical level are manifested. Physical symptoms are messages from the body, warning that something is off balance, usually associated

CHAKARAS 101 - INTRODUCTION
Desire isn’t the problem. Attachment is. What you already are doesn’t need to chase.
It already exists, you don't have to create 1.11fm, it already exists. When we really, really want something we put it on a pedestal and we energetically separate ourselves from it. If something is really really important, you really really resist and it's not equal to your identity so there are balancing forces that come into our reality to literally block that thing from coming into your life but it's also with that notion that, that thing over there is gonna make us happy on the Inside so the balancing forces of the universe can't help but keep it from you because it's like you haven't learned a lesson. It's like if you have a dog and your chasing a dog, what does the dog do? It runs away from. You right? Its playing the game. It's playing off that energy dynamic. Well, in the same way, someone goes on a date and they're wanting someone to meet their needs and it's really important that they like them and validate them, they are creating all this resistance and that resistance is what actually blocks what you want.

Chakras 101: Prayer as a Meditative Map
In many ancient traditions, prayer was not just devotional — it was a way to organize attention, calm the nervous system, and align the inner world. Edgar Cayce suggested that the Lord’s Prayer could be used as a symbolic meditation, guiding awareness through the body’s energy centers using breath, focus, and visualization. Each line of the prayer can be reflected upon as a gentle cue for different centers of awareness: grounding, emotional regulation, personal responsibility, heart coherence, clear expression, and intuition. This practice isn’t about forcing experiences or “activating” anything. It’s about balance first, insight second. In the Monad Method, we start with calm, embodiment, and consistency. Integration comes before intensity — and that’s how transformation lasts.
