Chakras 101: Prayer as a Meditative Map
In many ancient traditions, prayer was not just devotional — it was a way to organize attention, calm the nervous system, and align the inner world.
Edgar Cayce suggested that the Lord’s Prayer could be used as a symbolic meditation, guiding awareness through the body’s energy centers using breath, focus, and visualization.
Each line of the prayer can be reflected upon as a gentle cue for different centers of awareness: grounding, emotional regulation, personal responsibility, heart coherence, clear expression, and intuition.
This practice isn’t about forcing experiences or “activating” anything. It’s about balance first, insight second.
In the Monad Method, we start with calm, embodiment, and consistency. Integration comes before intensity — and that’s how transformation lasts.
