@ the new garnet claim
Had a fantastic time last week at my new garnet claim on Kinbasket lake area. This area is known for garnets, Starolite, and even the odd Kyanite( we didn't find any this time )
Truly one of the most gorgeous rockhounding trips I've had so far. The claim produced so many garnets. I shall post pictures once I pressure gun/clean them.
Was alot of back roads , and some strange weather but over all, great success !!
Hoping to get back there next spring. Unfortunately the time your able to go is limited as you need low water levels.
