Ok, so fasting is not fun. But that’s kind of the point. However, if you’ve never done it before, a week long fast is probably not the place to start! So I’m proposing 4 options that you can choose from. However, no matter what you choose, there are 2 rules: 1. Challenge yourself. Pick an option that is a little outside your comfort zone. 2. Prepare! Especially if you’re doing a longer fast but even for a day fast, you can get headaches, and become dehydrated and tired if you are not prepared.
