7 Day Fast FAIL!!!!
So I did not make it all 7 days. I made it a little over 4 before I bailed. I could give all the excuses in the world, some more reasonable than others, but the truth is that I failed for 3 main reasons:
- Terrible Preparation
- No support structure
- I did not include God!
