My name is John. I’m 14 years old and I’ve got quite the story to tell. As a former fat kid turned gym obsessed bro then managing to gaslight myself into liking cardio. My life has always bred “the uncommon” and my training -not such a “tactical” one- was crazy hard.
- 6hrs of Strength training
- Logging in 100km+ running weeks
- Burning an average of 1,600kcal/day
- Waking up at 4:15 just so I can get at it
It’s safe to say I was a fucking hybrid machine -not the most “tactical” one- but I was still a damn hard machine.
But eventually -some time during my exam studying block- I got seriously burned out. Maybe it was my lack of sleep that caught up to me or the crazy ass sessions I was logging in.
I don’t know but eitherways it definitely took a big toll on me.. to the point I started to feel anxious about every morning I woke up to get at it. Yeah that was definitely a bad move on my part for not creating the right balance and overtraining my damn young ass.
So that’s why I’m here.. to start from ground up again, as I did at the start of my journey.
This time, though, I have a clear vision. I want to be a true hybrid athlete, not just someone who grinds himself into the ground. My goal is to master the balance of strength, endurance, and tactical performance—and eventually compete in triathlons. And along the way maybe even make some new friends, get a body I want and ultimately to train in a way which makes me feels good, perform great and sustain for life
Thanks for sticking this far— let’s get to work
