the feeling of lack hit's heavy sometimes, what i learnd is that it is okay to feel whatever you are feeling even to express sometimes, what is most important is to feel deeeply into your body before talking, taking a few breaths before talking actually helps to drop down ito your body again, consistincy also helps, the shift becomes easier and easier. im also very greatfull even for the hard times, they pushed me to release even further and to take action just for the sake of taking actions
