It’s a feeling and awareness skillset. If you don’t build these, you’ll just sit there journaling your trauma like it’s a Netflix recap. Here are the core skills that actually move the needle: 👁 1. The Inner Witness (Stop Being Inside It) This is the part of you that can watch yourself in real time. Not judge.Not fix.Not justify. Just… observe. Instead of: “She disrespected me, that’s why I snapped” You start seeing: “Oh… I got triggered → thought X → felt Y → reacted Z” Now you’re not trapped in the reaction.
