Today I discovered that Juggling has many health benefits, I have been a nurse working in healthcare for over 38 hears and I never knew this .... so far, this is some of the things I have discovered: Juggling offers a wide range of physical and cognitive health benefits. It improves hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and dexterity, while also enhancing concentration, focus, and spatial awareness. Additionally, juggling can be a form of physical exercise, improving upper body strength, stamina, and even cardiovascular fitness.
