Today I discovered that Juggling has many health benefits, I have been a nurse working in healthcare for over 38 hears and I never knew this .... so far, this is some of the things I have discovered: Juggling offers a wide range of physical and cognitive health benefits. It improves hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and dexterity, while also enhancing concentration, focus, and spatial awareness. Additionally, juggling can be a form of physical exercise, improving upper body strength, stamina, and even cardiovascular fitness. Physical Benefits: - Improved hand-eye coordination: - Enhanced reaction time: - Increased dexterity and fine motor skills: - Enhanced cardiovascular fitness: - Improved upper body strength and stamina: - Enhanced balance and proprioception: - May aid in rehabilitation: I definitely need to start learning to Juggle - can't wait till our next class start.
