Why? Because juggling trains your focus, timing, coordination, and presence all of which are the foundation of Mobility Juggling.
In this video, I’ll walk you through the simple 3-ball pattern. Even if you’ve never juggled before, you can start here. And if you only have one or two balls, that’s fine the concepts still apply.
