Hey everyone, I’m Jaimie and I’m new to the group.
I’ve been working in single-family and small multi for many years, but I have recently started my mobile home park journey.
We have applied our marketing systems into the mobile home park space to organically connect with sellers to purchase our first park.
In the meantime, I am assigning those that are too far out of our league and networking!
I currently have a park under contract in Kansas I am finding a buyer for and actively marketing in Indiana, Alabama, Texas and Kansas.
Looking forward to growing and connecting here.
