If you'd like to use OPM (Other People's $) to fund your park acquisitions, one of the BEST way is to create content. For me and my business partner , we've found YouTube to be the best medium. Here's an example of a video published today. Once you start creating this type of content, potential investors reach out to you. There's virtually not "selling" needed.
