2025 was a big year
Closed on 9 parks with over 460 lots. Crossed the 1k lot mark. Sold a lagging park for a 44% profit not including cash flow in 18 months. Completed my first 1031. Hired several pieces for my virtual family office. Took much needed and deserved time away. Went to seco. Made many new valuable and meaningful contacts.

Pulling 2 end of the year deals to the finish line. 165 lots, 2 parks. One closed today and the other closes Friday

To remove or not to remove?
If you have an old metal on metal mobile in your park that either needs tore down or completely remodeled. Would you give someone a chance to remodel it first or just rip it out and get another one on its place? TIA.

Anything under 30k is worth it for me. Metal trailers are great.
