Really need help

So I need someone that is working in a state that doesn’t allow nurses to compound to tell me exactly how to give meds. Are you actually pushing everything over 10-15 minutes? Do you run on a syringe pump? That seems impossible, and would take forever for each patient. Do you dilute in 50ml bags and run as secondary? Do you call it diluting and add it to your 1000ml bag? But then, surely you can only add one thing to it. Are people just praying they don’t get audited by their board, and adding whatever? And please don’t say, ask your medical director. If I go to court, they will not have my back. Does anyone have experience, or is group just people trying to get started?
