Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could share some advice. I'm choosing a booking system for my mobile IV business and was leaning toward Jane App, but I've noticed a few people in here don't recommend it. My other option is IntakeQ / PracticeQ. For those of you currently working in the field: what booking/intake system are you using, and how do you like it? Anything you wish you'd known before picking one (pricing, mobile-friendly scheduling, intake forms and consents, payments, etc.)? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you in advance!

“Yesterday I spent the entire day on the phone. I was told my initial LLC name couldn’t be cleared because it had the word ‘IV’ in it, and that I needed to change my LLC to a PLLC instead. That wasn’t what I wanted, but I agreed just so I wouldn’t have to change the name — only to find out I still need an LLC, not a PLLC, for everything to work. The paperwork has already been switched over and submitted, and now I have to wait a week before I can make any more changes. I’m a little worried about the time this is costing me, and I’ll also need to call the IRS to get things switched back. It feels like a step back, but I just have to wait it out.”
