Has anyone found an affordable, reliable source for a syringe pump? Not infusion pump, just syringe. Thanks!

So I need someone that is working in a state that doesn’t allow nurses to compound to tell me exactly how to give meds. Are you actually pushing everything over 10-15 minutes? Do you run on a syringe pump? That seems impossible, and would take forever for each patient. Do you dilute in 50ml bags and run as secondary? Do you call it diluting and add it to your 1000ml bag? But then, surely you can only add one thing to it. Are people just praying they don’t get audited by their board, and adding whatever? And please don’t say, ask your medical director. If I go to court, they will not have my back. Does anyone have experience, or is group just people trying to get started?

I'm choosing a booking system for my mobile IV business and was leaning toward Jane App, but I've noticed a few people in here don't recommend it. My other option is IntakeQ / PracticeQ. For those of you currently working in the field: what booking/intake system are you using, and how do you like it?
