Emotional Tracking
I am doing Emotional Tracking every day to the extent possible of me. It's been over a week now.
I am feeling good writing about my Emotions and activities every hour. I realise that this activity is making me alive,aware and helping me be in the present moment. It is keeping me occupied positively too, keeping me away from any negative/distracting thoughts for a good amount of time through the day
