Good Afternoon friends ! I have started l following the Hooponopono Prayer/Meditation (as suggested by Tusharji) since over a week now. I am also trying to understand the Science/Reasoning behind this prayer. I am definitely noticing slight but positive shifts in my sleep, mood and energy levels already. Overall feeling good 😊 And feeling happy about this. Praying that these positive changes continue to multiply
