Coconut Water Fast
Good Morning dear all !
I feel proud to have completed one day of Coconut Water Fast. I did feel some discomfort during the afternoon/Lunch time but managed to pull through the day without much trouble.
I experienced thorough Colon Cleanse through the day, with Gases and all undigested matter (I had normal motions 4 times through the day, no loose motions) getting out of my system. I am feeling lighter.
