💜 Building trust
The story behind this before and after is very special.
I have been doing her mother's and sister's hair for some time, but this young girl did not feel it was the right moment to transform her own hair yet.
Forcing a change or trying to convince a client to do something they are not ready for completely breaks the connection.
The right moment arrived naturally.
She sat in my chair of her own free will, ready for the transformation, and the final result was pure joy.
I feel very honoured to have earned this trust.
Our work starts long before the scissors. It starts with absolute respect for the wishes of those who come to us.
