hello how are you I had a friendly competition on 26 January I came 8th I had improved in 2 disciplines and in one I am accidental I swim with the DLRG I am with Combination 25 meter crawl and 25 meter backstroke.
Combination: 45,68
fins: 39,79
and in the obstacle I was unfortunately 1 second slower because I choked after both obstacle
obstacle: 42,31
