Gentle Breath This Morning
This morning’s breath meditation is soft, slow, and grounding. A chance to pause for a few minutes, come back to yourself, and give your nervous system a moment to settle. We move through gentle breathing, stillness, and humming breath to help bring more awareness back into the body.
If your mind has been racing or your body has been holding tension, let this be your reminder to slow down get comfortable, and just breathe.
