🟢 START HERE: Your response to pressure can change!
Even when you know your work inside out, pressure can change how you think and perform in the moment. In The Mind Mastery Guild, we use mental conditioning to train that automatic response, so more of your capability is available when it matters. You’re in the free community, where you can join the conversation and watch the Stress Reset Masterclass replay in the Classroom. Here’s where to begin: 1. Say hello below. Tell us where you’re joining from and one situation you’d like to meet differently. You can keep the details broad. 2. Watch the masterclass. Take it at your own pace. If you have a question or notice something about your own response to pressure, bring it into the conversation below. 3. Choose your next step. Full Guild access is $47/month and includes The Stress Reset Method™, The Mastery Vault, The Mastery Bonuses, The Reset Call, and The Rewire Call. The $397/month option includes everything in the Guild plus private Voxer coaching with me. If you’re anything like me, you’d rather have all the details now rather than waiting until the end of the masterclass. So here’s your choose-your-own-adventure moment: keep engaging in the community, watch the masterclass, or take a look at The Mind Mastery Guild whenever you’re ready. https://www.sallybarker.com.au/regular_mmg Start with one real moment of pressure. We can work from there. Let’s begin. Sally

The part people couldn’t hear
I spent years delivering news live on air. No retakes, no do-overs. That experience taught me how much can happen in the seconds when pressure rises. People hear the finished sentence. They don’t necessarily know what it took to get there. Your response in that moment can shape what you say and do, even when you know your work inside out. Where does that “no retakes” feeling show up in your world?

What shows up first for you?
Pressure often gives you an early clue. It might be a tight feeling in your head, a change in your breathing, or a sudden urge to get your answer out quickly. I call those early clues your stress fingerprint. Yours will be personal to you, and noticing what happens first gives you a useful place to begin. Think back to a recent meeting, deadline, or conversation. What was your first sign that pressure had arrived? Just a few words is plenty ...

They say you nailed the meeting. But you're still replaying it at 2am.
Train a new response to pressure so you can stop bracing for the next one.
