I've been a bit quiet in here lately but I'm writing to let you know I've started running weekly meditation classes every Wednesday.
These are free to join if you're in this community and we're going to be covering a range of different meditations (if you have any requests, drop them in the comments below).
If you've been feeling stuck in negative emotions or feelings like stress, anxiety, frustration or just feeling flat, that meditation will be great to help you move into more peace, calm, relaxation and gratitude.
