🧠⚡ Nervous System Regulation
Today inside School of Consciousness, we went straight to the root of anxiety, reactivity, and overthinking: Nervous System Regulation. I broke down what’s actually happening when you get triggered. It’s not a mindset problem, it’s an amygdala hijack. Your brain’s threat system takes over, floods your body with emotion, and shuts down rational thinking. Most people try to calm down and look for temporary relief to the symptoms but that doesn't work for long term change. What we’re training instead is regulation before the trigger. The solution is presence. When you bring awareness into the present moment, your nervous system shifts out of survival mode and back into safety. Logic comes back online. Your body settles. You’re in control again. This is how you rewire your nervous system. Not with hacks. Not with coping. With training. If you want calm to be your baseline (not something you chase) 👉 Watch the replay. I thought about taking my complete "Anxiety to Alignment" course including all the worksheets and putting it into an ebook. So I got back from the surf and did exactly that. Thanks to the speed of AI these days, it was pretty easy. All I did was take all of the worksheets and put them into a [master file], then I uploaded it to Claude and told it to reformat for an ebook but don't add anything new.
