Hey guys. I tried the script 1 today and convinced 4 home owners to allow me to do a price update. I made appointments to see them in 2 days. Didn't go inside just at the front door. I went back to the office to create the appraisal document. I was told y the sales manager I shouldn't take that proposal document with me instead I should go to the appointment and take a look at the property first then go back to the office and then create the proposal and send it.
Is this the correct way or what is everyone else doing?
