New agent, new area, no data, no brand awareness
Any a advice is welcome ππΌ Been door knocking for about 2 weeks now for around 2 hour per day with my only goal being to knock on more doors than the previous day. Its a small coastal town with the demographic mainly people around the retirement age. Im asking probing questions to anyone that seems welcoming( which is about 30%)with my only call to action is to take my card if they're ever thinking of selling or would like some advice. Should I be doing more to close for data grabbing/ appraisals or is it too soon and not be going in for data straight away? Open to all scripts/advice π«Άπ»
