Just joined this community to be surrounded by Winners and like minded people.
Recently hit the road in a fifth wheel to turn my biggest liability (Primary Residence) into a neutral asset.
We’re now 6 months in and still having difficulty turning it into a neutral asset. It’s still a large liability plus I’ve bagged myself down with (2) large depreciating liabilities truck and trailer.
Expenses keep raising making it difficult to pay off truck and trailer.
Need someone to talk me off the cliff to not just sell at a loss the house in Phx. Oh that’s another element we’re now in Dallas trying to do short term rental remotely.
