Was delt another hard blow today...no viable multi plexes are available in my area. So we are looking at having to go with another single family and start trying again next year...we are just out of time on our current lease contract and I don't want to throw away our money on rent for another year...better luck next year maybe something will work out then. In the mean time we are looking at other side hustles and hope for the best

Okay guys I got a quick question. In my area there's nothing suitable for me to live in. Therefore I can't use my VA loan. However, if the cash is right on down payment I would be able to go conventional. Is it advisable to go ahead and get started on conventional saving VA for later or is it best to start with VA and hold on to the cash for the down payment at a later time?

Sorry to be out of touch but I don't do social media of any kind. This app seems to be like Facebook only way more complicated. FB is nothing like it use to be but I only get one to look at action items these days...this app cost $200.00 and you can't get anything off it...nobody has posted anything in over a month the "classroom" has some content but you can't get it to open and if it does open it won't stay open or it's not relevant...is it just me or is this normal?
