Where do I find the link or list of lenders and real estate agents, please?

I currently reside in Kentucky. I am originally from Oklahoma. I have a duplex in Oklahoma and looking forward to get more information on purchasing additional units either in Kentucky or Oklahoma possibly Texas as well.

Just joined this community to be surrounded by Winners and like minded people. Recently hit the road in a fifth wheel to turn my biggest liability (Primary Residence) into a neutral asset. We’re now 6 months in and still having difficulty turning it into a neutral asset. It’s still a large liability plus I’ve bagged myself down with (2) large depreciating liabilities truck and trailer. Expenses keep raising making it difficult to pay off truck and trailer. Need someone to talk me off the cliff to not just sell at a loss the house in Phx. Oh that’s another element we’re now in Dallas trying to do short term rental remotely.

US Navy Retired Radioman NEC 2318 (tech controller). Loved my stay in the Navy and made a lot of wonderful friends. Spent most of my time at NCTAMS Westpac Guam and NAS Agnano Italy (part of NCTAMS MED) Naples Italy due to NEC. Left Navy and worked 15 years in the Information Technology world and obtaining my Masters computer Informatrion System/minor cyber security from Boston University. That is me in a nutshell.
