Hello everyone, just a quick question... I have a credit score that is less than 620 and I'm trying to find a lender and agent that can work with VA Loans and Lower Credit Scores. I already tried with the Lenders recommended here but what can I do to either increase my credit quickly or find lenders that will do Low Credit VA Loans???

Financial Freedom is not Free! It takes effort and PLANNING. Two things about Real Estate Investing. 1.) Yes you can do it without money or credit. 2.) YOU will need money or credit anyone telling you differently is either lying or does not know what they are doing. The money or credit does not have to be yours. You can use OPM or credit.

I've been quiet for a bit. Been working on my PM company and a few evictions. Thank goodness I have the processes nailed down so my entire team knows exactly what to do when the payments stop, or the tenant violates the lease.
