My name is John, and I’m brand new to real estate investing. I’m a parent with a little one at home, and I’m really motivated to build a better future for us.

I don’t have much experience yet, but I’m eager to learn everything I can — whether it’s about flipping, rentals, wholesaling, or just getting started the smart way.

I’d really appreciate any advice, resources, or beginner tips you’re willing to share. Looking forward to learning from all of you and starting this journey!
