Day 1 complete – I’ve officially started the challenge and I’m locked in.

I haven't been a "boot" since about 4/2000 and need to get that off my Profile so I guess per @David Pere 's orders - Here's the Intro post :) I am the founder of MilCapital Growth where we organize private equity for the purposes of developing real estate projects and investment opportunities nationwide. A Retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and prior Navy Chief (FCC Tomahawk). I have a background in Public Works managing multi billion-dollars of Facilities and multimillion-dollar Service and Construction Contracts. An Investor for over a 15 years - I have invested in Single Family Rentals, Completed Live-in- Flips, Lent Private Money (on BRRR, Fix/ Flip, New Construction, and In-Fill Development), Invested in 17 Syndications across multiple "Asset Classes and Markets” totaling 1790 units and $182M Value. I am a General Partner on 422 units of Multifamily across 4 projects and currently have a great 118 Unit in Norman, OK available for passive limited partner investors. I am a full-time CA Realtor and am passionate about providing investing opportunities, education and ultimately - paths to financial freedom for all my Military Peers. Good afternoon everyone! I’m an active duty USCG officer located in Miami, FL. I’m always looking to expand my network with like minded individuals who are striving to transform their legacy. My wife and I have been real estate investing for just over two years now and we’re currently in the Florida and Missouri market.
