I haven't been a "boot" since about 4/2000 and need to get that off my Profile so I guess per

's orders - Here's the Intro post :)

I am the founder of MilCapital Growth where we organize private equity for the purposes of developing real estate projects and investment opportunities nationwide.

A Retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and prior Navy Chief (FCC Tomahawk).

I have a background in Public Works managing multi billion-dollars of Facilities and multimillion-dollar Service and Construction Contracts.

An Investor for over a 15 years - I have invested in Single Family Rentals, Completed Live-in- Flips, Lent Private Money (on BRRR, Fix/ Flip, New Construction, and In-Fill Development), Invested in 17 Syndications across multiple "Asset Classes and Markets” totaling 1790 units and $182M Value.

I am a General Partner on 422 units of Multifamily across 4 projects and currently have a great 118 Unit in Norman, OK available for passive limited partner investors.

I am a full-time CA Realtor and am passionate about providing investing opportunities,

education and ultimately - paths to financial freedom for all my Military Peers.

I love me some VA Loan Assumptions and always glad to share tips and trick when possible.
