Birthday Ruck
This year I thought that it would be a fun challenge to ruck on my birthday and do 1 mile and carry one pound for every year I have been alive, so thats 34 for me this year. So 34 Miles carrying 34lbs dry weight. Im currently training up the miles so that it is slightly less misserable come my bday.

I have been MIA for a while, but this comm is still up and running and I hope to see you here more often. Life can get you down and distract you from your goals from time to time but its important you get up and keep moving forward.

Whats the one thing that you can do today to get you to move towards your goal?
This is a question that I have to ask myself alot. If I could to one thing today that would get me to move closer to my goal what would it be? It has to happen today, you have to be able to look back and say "I did it!" Incremental improvements will build over time and you will acheive the goals that you work towards everyday.

The next course that I will be adding to the classroom will be a running plan. It works great for those that have been running and have plateaued. This will get you to break through and get better run times.⏰
