WATER GOAL 💦
I have a bigger goal written out that I’m going to start once I’m back from my snowboarding trip next weekend.
This is one part of the goal I’m getting a good head start on to ease/prepare me for everything else..
3-4 LITRES A DAY!! My big goal will be related to weight loss, better eating, body transformation. I know drinking lots of water is a big part of this, and something I know I lack sometimes. I will be using an app to track, and posting in here to stay accountable. What’s dehydration?? Lol
