My Journey to 210 pounds, next milestone 225 pounds
The past 6 years I went from being 185-190 pounds, in pretty good confident shape, to starting a relationship, falling off the wagon and slowly climbing up to 250 pounds over a few years.. This was really toxic for me and when youโ€™re caught up in it you donโ€™t even realize how bad it is, you just make excuses and disregard the negative effects this may have. Over a year ago I told myself I need a change, this isnโ€™t who I am and not who I want to be perceived as. From March last year, to now Iโ€™ve dropped down to around 230 pounds by going to the gym 4-6 times a week pretty consistently. I have gained a lot of confidence, and motivation back but now itโ€™s time to push further. My NEXT MILESTONE is to get down to 225.. Show myself I can push further in the right direction. Iโ€™m hoping I can get below 225 within the next month. This week Iโ€™ll do that by- Gym 5 times a week minimum starting today. Today is my leg day after hitting push and pull Saturday and Sunday, so tomorrow will be my rest day. Iโ€™m travelling to Winnipeg for work Wednesday, so Iโ€™ll be making sure to get some cardio or lifts in at the hotel as well. Trying my best to commit to healthier snacks, and stay under 2200 calories a day. Itโ€™s hard to do this and hit a protein goal when travelling for work so Iโ€™m going to keep it clean and high protein while Iโ€™m home, and stay on track as best as I can while away. STAYING HYDRATED. Staying on track with my water goal (3L) will help with this and keep me distracted.

@Jon Howkins I ended up just sticking with my rest day. Little sore and todays a travel day so Iโ€™ll be able to hit the hotel gym.

New week new goals!
-Gym 6 days this week starting today -Protein shake every morning to start my day off right for my protein goal (drink some water first) -3L water -Start loading creatine again

I'm starting getting up early
This week after talking to @Mikael DeSouza he convinced me to wake up early before work to get the workouts done. Today is day one i've already had breakfast and i'm in the gym. Got up at 5am.

Gym Goal For Rest Of The Week
I declare that my shoulder injury will not be an excuse to paralyze myself or justify skipping the gym. I acknowledge that rest is important, but at this point, Iโ€™m just making excuses. From now until Sunday, if I fail to post a daily gym picture, Iโ€™ll make up for it by posting a video of myself performing โ€œIโ€™m a Little Teacupโ€ โ€“ but with the โ€œIโ€™m a little bitchโ€ version. No excuses. Letโ€™s go.
