My Journey to 210 pounds, next milestone 225 pounds
The past 6 years I went from being 185-190 pounds, in pretty good confident shape, to starting a relationship, falling off the wagon and slowly climbing up to 250 pounds over a few years.. This was really toxic for me and when youโre caught up in it you donโt even realize how bad it is, you just make excuses and disregard the negative effects this may have. Over a year ago I told myself I need a change, this isnโt who I am and not who I want to be perceived as. From March last year, to now Iโve dropped down to around 230 pounds by going to the gym 4-6 times a week pretty consistently. I have gained a lot of confidence, and motivation back but now itโs time to push further. My NEXT MILESTONE is to get down to 225.. Show myself I can push further in the right direction. Iโm hoping I can get below 225 within the next month. This week Iโll do that by- Gym 5 times a week minimum starting today. Today is my leg day after hitting push and pull Saturday and Sunday, so tomorrow will be my rest day. Iโm travelling to Winnipeg for work Wednesday, so Iโll be making sure to get some cardio or lifts in at the hotel as well. Trying my best to commit to healthier snacks, and stay under 2200 calories a day. Itโs hard to do this and hit a protein goal when travelling for work so Iโm going to keep it clean and high protein while Iโm home, and stay on track as best as I can while away. STAYING HYDRATED. Staying on track with my water goal (3L) will help with this and keep me distracted.
