I’m on vacation this week.
Different schedule.
Different environment.
Different routines.
But the standard doesn’t change.
I’m still training, no gym just running.
Still being intentional with food.
Still staying consistent with supplements and recovery.
Not because it’s easy.
Because consistency builds the life you say you want.
