Mighty Caregivers is where I share the ways I care for myself with the support of people I call my Mighty Caregivers. Over the years, I've learned that caring for yourself is essential if you want to care for others.
During my own self-care journey, I have lost 55 pounds. But the greatest transformation has not been the number on the scale. The Five Pillars of Self-Care have shaped who I am today and continue to guide how I live, serve, and care for others.
Mighty Caregivers is built around my Five Pillars of Self Care: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Connection. You'll find dedicated classrooms for each pillar filled with ideas, tools, challenges, and encouragement to help you care for yourself with kindness.
