Busy week in my podcast world...
It's only Wednesday and I've been super busy with the podcast. Here's what's going on:
✅ The weekly episode came out yesterday. This week I talked with Merideth Thompson who has a unique outlook and path to relationships. We had a great conversation and I took away some interesting insights. (By the way-I share some of them in the second episode of Midlife with Courage™ Unfiltered.)

✅ And finally, I have new cover art for my podcast. It's always fun to get a refresh and I love how it came out. As I was deciding what to include, I questioned whether I should keep my photo on it. For a split second I thought maybe I should change it up and leave it off. Then I realized that the podcast is my voice too and I want it to be heard (and seen) so there we have it.
