First time for me
The husband of a couple a lease matching company placed in one of my rental homes was arrested last week on embezzlement charges dating back to 2024 😳.
He turned himself in! I was hoping they did not come and arrest him at the home.
They must be going through a difficult time.
But that’s why I like running background checks when possible.
My biggest concern is bringing in someone with violent offenses or a sexual predators that puts neighbors and kids at risk.
It’s not just protecting the home but also the neighborhood 💪🏻
