project management plan for MS Fabric and Power BI

Hello fellow Fabric nerds,

I am getting my organization to acquire MS Fabric and start implementing it. I am wondering if the community here has a project management plan with key tasks under the five stages. I am getting closer to finishing up the Initiation stage with a focus on a business case and project charter. I have some tasks identified under the remaining stages but wanted to make sure I don't miss any major tasks.

Do you have/willing to share a project plan (MS Fabric data warehousing and Power BI) and detailed tasks under the five stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitor, and close out.
