Women kept finding me, asking me questions, wanting to talk about this medicine, and I realized I couldn't keep having the same conversation one woman at a time.

So I created Rooted — Awaken the Wisdom Within 🍄

A 6-week deep dive weaving together a microdosing protocol, breathwork, movement, community and a whole lot of laughter.

And something magical happened. Women showed up. They opened up. They healed together.

THAT is what this medicine makes possible.

It was always my intention to create safe spaces where women could talk openly about psychedelics without fear of being tagged, judged, or misunderstood.

This community exists because microdosing gave ME permission to share mine!
