3 things every wrestling coach should know when running a business

1- You’re a marketer.

If people don’t know you exist, nothing else matters. Every day you should be thinking: “how am I getting more eyes on my program?”

2- Systems > Hustle (or you’ll burn out fast)

Grinding works early, but it doesn’t scale. You need systems.

3- Parents are the real customer.
